At Chi Building Contractors, we were appointed to complete a one-off commercial fit-out for a new client at Pegasus, Daedalus Park, a growing business hub on the south coast. The brief was to take a newly constructed unit and prepare it for immediate operational use with a full package of essential internal works.

The client’s space needed a practical transformation to meet their specific business requirements. Our team managed and delivered all aspects of the internal build, including concrete flooring, a new mezzanine installation, full electrical works, and internal partitioning. Each element was carefully planned to maximise functionality, create usable space, and ensure the fit-out was delivered to a high standard within the agreed timeframe.

The result was a clean, modern, and fully operational commercial unit, ready for use. The client was extremely pleased with the quality of finish and the efficient delivery of the project.
